The family winery and distillery is a small family business founded by Stavros Spyropoulos and his son Foti at the island of Evia, in 2013. His passion Stavrou for the production of wines and spirits from 1998, when he began distilling grape marc for personal use after the annual harvest of grapes.
Learning the art of distillation and improvement methods over the years, Stavros created the company to be able to share the results of passion with all of you. With great care to produce the highest quality tsipouro, possible, combining the latest technological developments and traditional distillation techniques. But most importantly, they do all this without sacrificing the traditional characteristics of the moonshine.
