The company “TSAROUCHAS BROS SA” was founded in 1963 by George Tsarouchas, as a small production unit in the city of Kavala. Founder’s main goal was to produce his own traditional products and offer them in the local market. He used to select the best raw materials and then applied his own recipes of processing, which were inspired by him and the food traditions of the area.
Soon, the growing demands of customers, led to the necessary relocation of the company, to bigger and more advanced facilities. The new facilities were equipped with the latest machinery and boosted the company’s capacity for storage, processing and packing of products. Through the years, the company is continuously expanding its infrastructures aiming at the improvement of company’s capabilities. Nowadays, the third generation is actively engaged in the company’s operations with the same passion and enthusiasm, following the steps of the older ones in order to fulfill and perpetuate the company’s vision.
One of the company’s competitive advantages is the direct collaboration with the producers and the careful selection of raw materials. This fact together with the application of traditional Macedonian recipes and the longstanding experience in the food sector, lead to the creation of products of unique quality and taste. The portfolio of products consists of various vegetables in brine such as Macedonian peppers, red roasted peppers, sun dried tomatoes, gherkins, capers, mixed vegetables, olives and others.
The company has also achieved to sell its products through an already established network of collaborations with supermarkets and distributors in Greece and abroad. Moreover, it operates in the field of private label by having a customer base in both internal and external market.
The company’s vision is to offer customers all over the world products of high quality and unique taste in order to enrich their everyday diet.
