Tasting Notes: Appealing light silver-yellow colour, with straw undertones. Fruity aroma, reminiscent of mango, pineapple and peach, with aromatic hints of nuts. Rich flavor with a clear fruity character, ideally expressed in an elegant buttery background with discreet presence of the barrel. Generous and well-balanced in the mouth, with refreshing acidity and fruity aftertaste.
Food Pairing: Enjoy with white fish, poultry served with a light sauce and also with exotic salads, vegetable dishes and pâté. Serve at 11-13οC.
