About the product

It is an inspired product from the most widespread recipe of French cuisine escargots de bourguignon in combination with Cretan culture, representative of the Mediterranean gastronomy. By opening the jar you can enjoy directly the product as it is because it is already a meal with high nutritional value. You can consume the fillet snail and use separately the extra virgin oil or you can use it as it is in salads, pasta or risotto etc. It is also an excellent starting dish (mezes) for good wine and tsipouro.

Ingredients: Fillet of extraordinary quality snails Helix aspersa, extra virgin Cretan oil, fresh parsley leaves, garlic, sea salt and pepper.
