Made from organically grown, estate Moschofilero – a special Greek variety that gives aromatic, muscat-flavoured grapes. The delicate colour is carefully extracted from the skins over three days at low temperatures. Just 6,000 bottles are produced annually. A perfectly balanced, dry wine with a bright pink colour and lively acidity. Fresh Muscat aromas of jasmine, rose petals and spice with fruity flavours.
