Gold award-winning, fresh “OLIVE JUICE” Extra Virgin Olive Oil, made by our partner and artisan producer in Messinia, southern Greece, an area famously known for producing one of the highest quality olive oils in the world. At the first extraction of the olives the thick golden-green juice that pours out of the mill is immediately bottled in tin containers. The tin container is especially chosen as it provides the highest level of protection against oxidation from sunlight.
This naturally cloudy olive oil has a complex aroma and rich taste. It is extracted at a low temperature (below 27oC) within a few hours from the moment of hand picking the olives and therefore has a very low acidity and high antioxidant content
