Our special Organic Sun-Dried Figs are grown in Evia and Kalamata two areas famous since the ancient times for the most delicious of the summer fruits. In mid-August our figs are hand-picked and left under the sun to dry, slowly condensing their flavors until they have reached a moist, sticky toffee consistency.
They are succulently soft and sweet, with a deep caramel flavor. They make the ideal all day snack as they are packed with slow releasing energy, fibers, vitamins and minerals.
