About the product
Our tomatoes grow on the beautiful Greek island of Lesvos.
They are hand-picked, one by one, lightly salted and left to dry – as much as needed – under the strong island’s sun…
They are marinated in a zesty bath of local wild herbs and local extra virgin olive oil.
During marinating – 2 days– tomatoes are totally seasoned in herbs.
The local Extra virgin olive oil used, comes from αnhydrous crops of olive trees grown in the mountains.
This product has deservedly earned the GOLD AWARD of Taste at the Olymp Awards 2016 !
