PEPPER PIE WITH VORAS FLAVORS SMOKED RED PEPPER SPREAD WITH OLIVES

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250gr flour
  • 150ml water
  • 2 tbsps. Olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt

For the filling:

  • 3 tbsps. Voras Flavors Smoked Red Pepper Spread with olives
  • 1 tbsp. rosemary
  • 4 dry figs finely cut
  • 2 onions cut in rings
  • 50-100gr grated feta
  • 1 red pepper cut in slices
  • 1 green pepper cut in slices
  • 1 yellow pepper cut in slices
  • 2 slices jam

Execution

Put all ingredients for the dough in a bowl, mix and make a quick dough. Roll the dough into sheet and spread it on a greased baking sheet. Brush the sheet with smoked red pepper spread with olives and then put the other ingredients on top. Bake in preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius for about 15-20 minutes. The first 10 minutes put the pan in the bottom of the oven and then in the middle until it browns.
