Honey is known to be an excellent natural source of carbohydrates. The usual composition of honey is (approximately): 17% water, 82.5% carbohydrates, and 0.5% protein. Honey has no fat at all! Today, his four children, united by the unbreakable bonds of a hive with love and know-how, continue the tradition and produce 15 different varieties of honey such as thyme, fir, vanilla spruce, flowers, pine, oak, arbutus, heather, orange, polygonum, acacia, chestnut, eucalyptus, carob, pine thyme, organic honey, pollen, royal jelly, honey derivatives, brittles, and beeswax cream.
