    About the product

    “Pamidi is one of the main varieties of Thrace.” This characteristic red grape, featuring rosé pearls. This special variety with an appropriate winemaking protocol is ideal for the production of rosé wines with a rich aromatic character. The whole vinification is based on the few extraction process to obtain the ideal amount of pigments to produce a very gentle wine in the shade of the “saumon”. The wine appears with a dry and aromatic mouth simultaneously, with good acidity with a solid flavor structure. Its finish is pleasant and of good duration.
