    Origin: Vineyards in the wider area of Erythres, Attiki
    Soil: Sand and clay, gently sloping
    Grape Variety: Chardonnay
    Harvest: August 16th
    Ageing Potential: 2-3 years
    Tasting Notes: Straw color with grey highlights. Typical Chardonnay aromas on the nose, ripe fruit, white peach, melon and banana. Fruity and balanced mouth with crunchyacidity and a lemony aftertaste.
    Food pairing: Ideal for fish, grilled chicken pasta dishes with white sauces, and soft cheese. Serve at 8-10οC.
